This is the second dress I made for a classical music singer in Amsterdam. Throughout the years a personality will change and one needs to adapt, also regarding an outfit. So we created a more mature but still very playful dress, reflecting the singer herself:)

The bottom is made out of pure silk: Habotai silk underneath and silk chiffon on top, where I added some slits to generate some movement when walking.

On top we have a certified organic cotton jersey in pink! This material is also used for a very fitted underskirt – which will give some support.

As I couldn’t find any matching buttons in the whole of Switzerland,  I had to work with “beads” one usually uses to make a necklace. Depending on how they’re attached to the fabric, they work very well as buttons:)
